Orders and Shipping

We do our best to process and dispatch all orders as fast as possible. Allow 1 – 4 business days for processing, followed by 2 – 4 weeks for the delivery. This is an average guide and some customers may receive their items sooner.

If you have already placed an order and need to change the delivery address, urgently contact our team by visiting our Contact Page. We will do our best to update the order, but this change will be dependent on the processing stage.

Once you have placed an order, you will be able to track the order through your Filters2Go.com account. You can access your account by clicking My Account at the top of this page.

No we will not keep your credit card information on file at any stage. Filters2Go.com provides a secure checkout, this means your information is sent/stored directly with the payment provider for processing, eliminating the need for Filters2Go.com to see or store your information. If you have any concerns you would like to discuss before making a purchase, please contact our team via our contact page.

Depending on the quantity and type of products purchased, you may receive your order in one or multiple packages, you may also receive multiple packages with multiple deliveries. Filters2Go.com dispatches from many international locations, some locations may store products that others don’t, this is the reasoning behind the confusion customers can face at times.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases are exempt from being returned.

To complete your return, we require your order number or order details to locate the order. Once ready contact our team to process.

If you have been incorrectly sent the wrong item, please contact our team with your order number and details of the product received.

If you ordered the wrong item by mistake, please view our Refund and Returns Policy, and then contact our team if you are eligible for a return. 

If you have received a damaged item, please contact our team with your order number and details of the damage. Photos will likely be required, please also keep the packaging and product/parts.

We know damaged items are extremely frustrating, after hanging out for your item to arrive, the last thing you want is a damaged product emotional let down. The Filters2Go.com team will strive to make things right, its the making right that counts!

Please contact our team before returning any items, failing to do so may result in lost packages and the loss of a return / refund opportunity.

Once our team have processed a return, they will advise you of the return address and details to provide with the item. For an example, we will require information to identify the parcel once received, this will tell our team that it is a returned order and what needs to be done.
